My daughter's Yorkie ate my Road Trips bonus disc before I had the chance to listen to it. Well he chewed it until it was unplayable. Appropriate punishment? Not for the dog, for me,for leaving it out. Was it good?

I don't know why the dogs seem to be so interested in this particular material. My Retriever had the bonus disc in his mouth last week but luckily I got it away from him before he could leave more than a couple depressions in the cardboard sleeve.

I'm a bit disapointed in this bonus disc. The music is terrific but I think the keyboard levels are too high in the mix.

LOL! Our dog chewed up one of my kid's game discs, and he's saving it for an art collage. Just about the only part still recognizable reads, of all things, "Naughty Dog"! We could put them all together. Naughty Dog Road Trips. Dedicated to Otis.

Glad it's not just her dog! But he does have a particular taste. He left Monster Magnet and Colesseum alone.

You never know, maybe you could get a replacement and claim it as damaged during shipping... Before Rhino I had to have a couple things replaced - a View From The Vault VHS was cracked during shipping, and there was a skip in Stepping Out on one song, think it was Me and My Uncle or El Paso. In those days customer service was so good there was no problem, they didn't even bother to ask me to return the damaged goods. Things have changed at the GD Store and this was a bonus disk, but there certainly is no harm in asking. It is kind of funny in a frustrating way for you though. I mean imagine looking at it from an outsider's view and the little Yorkie tearing into this disk you've been waiting to hear. Funny? Not funny? Yeah, it's a bit funny!

Gotta agree with your assessment. Just listened to it this week and while the cuts are good, Keith (and in some places Phil) are way high in the mix. You do get to hear some nice interplay between Keith on the Fender Rhodes (?) and Phil, but overall it is too high.

Not to laugh at your misfortune ... but that is really funny.

Fess up. How many times did you get out of doing homework b/c your dog ate it? Payback is rough. ;-)

I think you mean "Payback is ruff."

My dog has twice managed to break my external hard drive by tangling cords and knocking it off the shelf. But, in his defense, fool me once, shame on him, fool me twice...

the hard drive now sits out of reach.
